I’m still adjusting to the fact that I live in TX. I’m not going to school in Texas or visiting Texas. I moved to Texas. It is now my home. Weird…
I really do like it down here though. This week is the first elementary soccer game. Should be interesting…I can only play nine kids at a time and three have to be girls.
As frustrated as I get with women who base their lives off of what women authors or friends say instead of the Bible, I am actually enjoying the Lies Women Believe book. It is a book, not the Bible so I don’t take everything as Bible truth, but she does make some good points. I’m enjoying being part of a Bible study. It gives me a chance to get to know some ladies in the church better. As of now I would really only say I have one friend, and he’s a guy. I enjoy talking to some of my juniors and seniors, but you can only be so close to students without it being inappropriate.
